Note: The recommendation
is based on the lowest cost unit that will do the job. For example, the
DA12A-500A, rated at 500 watts, is recommended for the bench grinder (6")
which draws 500 watts. In this case, a larger unit option, the DA12L-1600-A-1
(1600 watt rating) easily operates the 500 watt load. Consider the larger
generator if you will be adding devices and operating higher loads in the
future.
